Deposit & Cancellation Policy: In order to maximize the number of pets we are able to travel to and assist in a day, a $75 deposit fee may be required to reserve your appointment slot. Any deposit will be applied to your visit balance, or forfeited if appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
